Frameworks from ÍCONA internal workshops on communication, networking, and prompt engineering

Who We Are

Professional Development Program

Building the brand from the customer's side of the counter.

Why This Exists

Part of how we build is by upskilling each other. Our founder started a professional development program alongside the brand, because she believes the same things that make fitness work also make a company work: you get further with people than alone, you enjoy the process more, and you build something bigger than you could on your own.

It is also personal. She has been tutoring since she was a teenager, and teaching is what she wants to do eventually. This program is her practicing that in the open.

The internship is for the intern. Learn what you actually want to learn, and use this as a resource to get the most out of it for yourself.

In practice that means interns do not shadow. They own work streams, they present, they get feedback every week, and what they build ships. The website you are reading was built by an intern. The systems the company runs on were set up by interns. This page exists to name that work and the women who did it.

How the Week Runs

The cadence is modeled on top-tier management consulting, where our founder spent her career before ÍCONA. Fast loops, real ownership, feedback every week. Tap anything to see what it is.

Working With AI

A tool, not a shortcut

Every intern learns to work with AI deliberately. We run sessions on prompt engineering and designing with AI, and the presentations here were built by interns using Claude to structure and pressure-test their own thinking.

The ideas and the judgment stay theirs. We are cautious with AI, and human creativity stays the face of this brand.
