What We Have Done

ÍCONA Activewear (“ÍCONA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.iconaactivewear.com. We are a pre-launch activewear brand based in the United States. For privacy inquiries, contact us at [email protected].

When you submit the Founding Member sign-up form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, and optionally, your phone number. We collect only the minimum data necessary to communicate with you about ÍCONA.
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data at this time.
3. Why We Collect Your Data (Legal Basis)
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): By submitting the form, you give us explicit consent to contact you with brand updates, early access notifications, and behind-the-scenes content. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate Interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): We have a legitimate interest in communicating with people who have expressed interest in ÍCONA, provided this does not override your rights.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your information solely to: (a) send you email updates about ÍCONA product launches and early access drops; (b) share behind-the-scenes content; (c) notify you of founding member pricing and benefits. We will never sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications, or until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from active communications within 10 business days. Residual backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely through Netlify (our hosting provider) and, once we launch on Shopify, through Shopify Inc. Both providers implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies & Tracking
This pre-launch page does not currently use tracking cookies, third-party analytics tools, pixels, or behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent mechanism prior to collecting such data.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following trusted third-party processors who may handle your data on our behalf, subject to appropriate data processing agreements: Netlify (hosting and form collection); Shopify Inc. (e-commerce platform, when launched); Google Fonts (typography, loaded from Google servers — no personal data shared). Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
All users: Right to unsubscribe from communications at any time.
EU / EEA residents (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA): Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell. Right to delete your personal information. Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data). Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
UK residents (UK GDPR): Same rights as GDPR. You may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for complaints.

10. International Data Transfers
Our services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Our website is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This website is a pre-launch landing page for ÍCONA Activewear, a Latina-founded premium activewear brand currently in development. The Site is provided for informational and interest-collection purposes only. No products are currently available for purchase and no commercial transactions occur on this Site.
3. Founding Member Program
By submitting the Founding Member sign-up form, you are: (a) expressing interest in ÍCONA Activewear; (b) consenting to receive email communications from ÍCONA; and (c) acknowledging that sign-up does not constitute a purchase, contract, reservation, guarantee of product availability, or guarantee of any specific pricing.
Founding Member benefits, including early access and any referenced pricing advantages, are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at ÍCONA’s sole discretion and will be communicated in full prior to any commercial launch. ÍCONA makes no warranties or representations regarding the timing, pricing, features, or availability of any future products.
4. Eligibility

A note from the founder
ÍCONA started from my own experience.
I struggled to find activewear that felt as good as it looked, and that truly respected the body it was made for. Especially from a perspective that understands real variation, including Latina curves.
This brand is being built with intention, from lived experience, and with care in every detail.
I’ve always believed clothing is more than what we wear. It reflects what we stand for.
ÍCONA is not just activewear. It is a commitment to amplifying women and redefining strength and femininity as one elevated standard.
My vision is to build something that extends beyond product. A community rooted in the strength of womanhood, where one day you can recognize that shared understanding in what you wear and how you show up.
